MAMAFAMI AKAN KEMBALI KE PANGKUAN FACEBOOK?

Habis tu buat apa tulis yang kat atas tu, huruf besar pulak tu!

Mama Rock eh Ben... ha ah, rock punya pasal, tu yang jadi berat tu... hahahaha.... Tapi yang paling tak tahan, soalan maut Ben tu.... "Mama, mana FB?". Ini tanya ikhlas ke perli ni... muahaha... ada ku kesah?
Sebenarnya, orang yang bertanggungjawab menjerumuskan mama dalam FB ni ialah si Ben Ashaari ni la.... Dia bagi baikkk punya promosi sampai mama leh cair! Sebenarnya betullah apa yang Ben promosi tu, tapi disebabkan mama yang silap kendali kemudi... terus tersasar dari landasan... sampai terlupa daratan! Hahaha. Tapi nasib baiklah cepat kembali ke pangkal jalan, itu yang membuatkan mama 'merehatkan' akaun FB mama sehingga suatu ketika yang sesuai.

BRIYANI RICE

Ingredients :
2 cups rice
1 chicken cube
enough water
salt to taste
1 inch of cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 cardamon
1 teaspoon margarine
enough cooking oil
1/2 onion ~ sliced
1 small garlic ~pounded
a bit of ginger ~ pounded
1 1/2 teaspoons Briyani powder
1/2 cup milk
Method :
1. Wash rice and put enough water like cooking white rice.
2. Crush in the chicken cube into the rice. Add enough salt. Let it boil.
3. When it has started to boil, heat a bit of oil and margarine in a small pot.
4. Add in the spices and the sliced onion. Fry till brown.
5. Add in the pounded ginger and garlic.
6. Add in the Briyani powder and mix well.
7. Pour into the boiling rice.
8. Add in fresh milk, stir well and let the rice cook.
9. Garnish with fried sliced onion.
BEEF BRIYANI

Ingredients :
300g tender beef ~ boiled till tender
4 shallots ~ pounded
1 garlic ~ pounded
1/2 inch ginger ~ pounded
1 inch of cinnamon stick
2 cloves
1 cardamon
a bit of star anise
4 teaspoons (heap) Briyani powder
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
salt to taste
zeal (monosodium glutamate) ~ optional
3/4 cup fresh milk
Method :
1. Heat oil and margarine and add in the spices and pounded ingredients. Fry till fragrant.
2. Put in the briyani powder. Add the beef stock if any. Otherwise just add a bit of water so that it won't be too dry.
3. Add in the beef.
4. Add in tomato sauce, salt and zeal.
5. Finallly add in fresh milk and let it cook.
Note :
You may add boiled potato and tomato.
